By default, all annotation and analyses in EASE are written to a temporary HTML file in the \Temp directory and displayed by the system default web browser. To save the output to a tab-delimited file, check the [Save the output to a file] checkbox. After checking the [Save the output to a file] checkbox, another checkbox will become available for you to choose to save in Microsoft Excel format instead. When either of these are checked, EASE will prompt you for a filename to save before each analysis.
