You can
paste a list of identifiers that were copied from within a spreadsheet or other
document with the [Paste] button. EASE
can automatically extract all identifiers from a pasted selection that are
delimited by any combination of tabs, commas, spaces, semicolons or newlines.
Note
that identifiers from multiple pastes are sequentially appended to the list to
be analyzed. The same is true for
identifiers imported from files. If you
have another list of identifiers to:
-remove
from the original list,
-intersect
with the original list (i.e. only keep identifiers in both lists), or
-join
with the original list, eliminating duplicates,
these
operations can be performed using the [Refine] button.
Use the
[Copy] button to move list contents to the system clipboard for pasting into
another application. Typically, select
the NEWLINE character as a delimiter if you want to paste the list into a
spreadsheet column,
and
select the TAB character as a delimiter if you want to paste the list into a
spreadsheet row.
Use the
[Clear] button to remove all the identifiers from the list.
