The 2-D view  is one of the most powerful graphic presentations in DAVID applications and available by clicking on   icon besides each gene functional groups identified by Gene Functional Classification Tool.  The view allows users to focus on the relationships among highly related genes and their annotations:
  • View highly related genes and their corresponding annotations at the same time
  • Help to understand the common biology among related genes
  • Pinpoint the key biology differences among related genes
  • Link to detailed resources of interesting spots for drill down analysis
